Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Yes! I offer both local pickup and delivery within the Boise area. Delivery fees vary based on distance — details are provided at checkout or when you book your order.
How far in advance should I place my order?
I recommend placing your order at least one week in advance for boards and boxes, and two to three weeks for larger grazing tables or event setups. Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule — feel free to ask!
Do you offer custom or themed boards?
Absolutely. I love tailoring each order to fit your vision — whether it’s color-coordinated for a holiday, themed for a baby shower, or customized for a corporate brand event. Let me know your ideas and I’ll bring them to life.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! I can create boards that are vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, or pork-free upon request. Please share any allergies or dietary needs when placing your order so I can accommodate safely.
What’s included in a typical charcuterie board?
Each board features a thoughtfully curated selection of artisan cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, nuts, olives, crackers, and sweet or savory accompaniments — all artfully styled for visual and flavor balance. Each order includes serving suggestions or labels if needed.
Do you provide setup for events?
Yes, for grazing tables or larger events, we offer full setup and styling services. I’ll handle the layout, décor, and cleanup so you can focus on enjoying your event.
How long will my board stay fresh?
Charcuterie is best enjoyed the day it’s made, but boards can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours before serving. If you plan to serve it later, I’ll package it to stay as fresh as possible.
What if I need to cancel my order?
I understand things happen! Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance receive a full refund. Orders canceled with less notice may receive partial credit, depending on preparation already completed.
Do you offer gift boxes or corporate orders?
Yes! I love helping you share the joy of charcuterie with clients, team members, or loved ones. Gift boxes and bulk corporate orders can be customized with your branding or a personal note.
